Let the post-Thanksgiving diet begin. Too lazy to drive down all the way to Orange County for some Brodard's famous spring rolls so I hit up a local pho joint for their pretty decent spring rolls. My favorite is the shrimp paste rolls served with hoisin peanut sauce. Yum!

Bravo, my friend, bravo! After weeks of anticipation and teasers from his instagram page, our friend, Ed, delivered to us our very first custom-made 8-foot redwood outdoor table. Jason wanted the details to be similar to the ones you find at the Apple store. The nuts and bolts, hinges, and whatever, needed to be hidden from view.

INSPIRATIONS

It's been over a year since she was born and I haven't done much to her room except hang 3 vintage Disney vinyl records. Since she's getting bigger, we thought about upgrading her crib to an actual bed (and just purchase bed rails). Sometimes when she's having a hard time falling asleep, one of us (most of the time it's me) will lay next to her until she falls asleep. This is done on our bed but she wakes up in the middle of transferring her from bed to bed. And, Jason is thinking even longer terms that maybe when she have sleepovers, a larger bed would work. And really, I just need to liven up her room because it's kinda boring.

The real deal is $4,935. The knockoffs are less than $1,000. And honestly, I really can't tell much of a difference. The chair comes in over 15 leather colors with 4 different base wood. My favorite is the luggage leather with the oiled walnut veneer. I don't think the replicas have that many options to choose from but still a very good deal.
